What is Memory Foam Mattress?
Memory foam mattress is polyurethane and other chemicals that increase its viscosity level. A mattress made of foam polyurethane visco-elastic may be various levels of density, according to the chemicals used in its composition.
In addition to being known as memory foam, this temperature sensitive material is called visco-elastic pressure relieving foam, foam, slow release and slow recovery foam.
The memory cells in foam mattress visco elastic deforms when weight is applied. When compressed, the cell memory foam transfers of air pressure in the adjacent cells. Thus, the pressure is distributed evenly across the memory foam, thereby reducing the pressure that is felt on the part compressed.
How a Memory Foam Mattress different from a spring mattress?
Traditional spring mattresses compress, but spring return to their original shape immediately. When weight is applied to a traditional spring mattress, it repels with equal force against the body. This creates pressure points, causing discomfort and pain. On the other hand, mattress memory foam compresses easily when exposed to temperature and weight of your body. Since the pressure spreads evenly, a mold is formed around the body, reducing pressure points.
The fundamental difference lies in the quality of sleep. A bad night’s sleep can lead to a feeling lethargic throughout the day. A night spent on a foam mattress memory means sufficient rest and relaxes and wakes up completely refreshed in the morning.

Not all mattresses sensitive to temperature are similar. The quality of the mattress can be very different depending on the quality of the foam, which in turn depends on the density. STOP USING IT... just chuck it out... I was using the Neutrognea oil free fash wash for about 4 days and felt the same itchy feeling.. then it started to burn and dry out my face so I threw it out...
Neutrogena products seem to be harsh so try a product for sensitive skin such as a Cetaphil face wash....
